St John's Church - Complaints Policy

As a Christian organisation, we consider this to be a highly important procedure. However, we also hope it will seldom be required. Before raising a formal concern through this procedure, we would expect and encourage individuals to seek resolution informally or raise issues with the Vicar or one of the Church Wardens (John McLernon and Stephen Rigby). We have established a team of 5 members of the church family, with Alex Tanner as Chair, to form a complaints review body and fairly deal with any complaints. Contact the team.
